Intersection of Jefferson Street, Clinton Avenue to close temporarily

Weather permitting, the intersection of Jefferson Street and Clinton Avenue will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, through 7 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, to allow a contractor to complete brick work.
All local businesses and the parking garage along Clinton Avenue and Jefferson Street will be open to local traffic via side streets.
Due to the intersection closure at Jefferson Street and Clinton Avenue, northbound one-way traffic on Jefferson Street from Clinton Avenue to Spring Street and Jefferson Street from Clinton Avenue to Holmes Avenue will now be two-way southbound and northbound to accommodate access to businesses and parking lots.
