Intersection of Monterey Drive, Carmelian Street to become all-way stop

Weather permitting, the intersection of Monterey Drive and Carmelian Street will operate as an all-way, stop-controlled intersection beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 7.
Motorists should use caution and obey all traffic control signs and pavement markings.
