Portion of Lincoln Street to temporarily close for sewer project

Weather permitting, a portion of Lincoln Street from near the entrance of the Holmes Avenue parking deck to Clinton Avenue will close from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, to accommodate a sanitary sewer improvement project. Motorists must enter the parking deck from the north (Holmes Avenue). Those leaving the garage must turn left onto Lincoln Street when exiting.

Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion. Traffic control will be in place to direct vehicles around the construction site. Please use caution in the area.
