Upgraded Pedestrian Crossing on Blue Spring Road Between Penland Avenue and Bridge Road

Weather permitting, the pedestrian crossing on Blue Spring Road between Penland Avenue and Bridge Road will be upgraded with pedestrian-activated flashing sign technology – both overhead and ground-mounted – on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at approximately 9 a.m.

Motorists, Bicyclists and Pedestrians are advised to use caution and obey all traffic control signs and pavement markings.
