SUMMARY

Streetscape Improvements along Pratt Avenue between Grayson Street to Maysville Road consisting of curb and gutter, parallel parking, sidewalks and landscape medians. Street resurfacing along Pratt Avenue between Russell Street and Grayson Street.

STATUS

Construction contract was awarded to Grayson Carter and Son Contracting in January 2024, and construction began in April 2024. Work is substantially complete, waiting on permanent striping. Punch list work is ongoing.
