Winchester Road from Dominion to Naugher Road

SUMMARY

This project widens Winchester Road to 5 lanes for a 2.2-mile section from Dominion to Naugher Road.

STATUS

The City is responsible for the next phase of construction on Winchester Road. This phase contains 2.25 miles of new five-lane roadway to connect to the recently completed portion constructed by the County.  The right-of-way acquisition is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2023. Construction is estimated to begin June 2024, pending utility relocations.
