District 1 Council Member Michelle Watkins will hold a town hall on Monday, Oct. 13, from 6-7 p.m. at the Dr. Richard Showers, Sr., Recreation Center, 4600 Blue Spring Road. Joining Council Member Watkins will be Public Works Director Chris McNeese, Landscape Management Director Brian Walker and Huntsville Police Capt. Scott Widner.
