The Downtown Redevelopment Authority of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Floor Council Chambers, located at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama, for the consideration of the following:

  1. Call to order
  2. Approval of minutes from the Jan. 11, 2022, meeting
  3. Chair’s report on Jefferson Hotel Partners, the Hyatt House hotel and The Ventis Group
  4. Presentation by Shane Davis or Jim McGuffey, City of Huntsville Department of Urban Development
  5. Presentation by John Tampa, President and CEO of Ascent Hospitality
  6. Presentation by Rod Kanter, Partner Bradley, Arant Boult and Cummings, LLP
  7. Adjourn
