Permit Costs
New single-family dwelling permit costs are calculated as follows:
- The square footage heated area times $15.00
- The square footage unheated area time $7.50
- Add both together and multiply times .0055
All other building permits are calculated using the Total contracting price times .0055.
Any plumbing, electrical, gas or mechanical work will have to be permitted by the appropriate contractor.
