Changes planned for intersection of Abingdon Avenue, Washington Street

Weather permitting, beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, the intersection of Abingdon Avenue and Washington Street will transition from a signalized intersection to a side street stop-controlled intersection.
Motorists are advised to use caution and obey all traffic control signs and pavement markings.
