Intersection of Jefferson, Spring streets to temporarily change to all-way stop

Weather permitting, crews will temporarily convert the intersection of Jefferson and Spring streets to a four-way stop to install a traffic light. The change will take effect from Monday, Dec. 6, to Thursday, Dec. 9.
