New Traffic Signal: Winchester Road NE at Friendship Lane NE

Weather permitting, the intersection at Winchester Road NE at Friendship Lane NE will begin functioning as a signalized intersection on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at approximately 9 a.m.

Due to changes in the traffic operation of this intersection, motorists are advised to
use caution, and obey all traffic control signs and signals at this location.
