Portion of Greene Street to close for utility improvements

Weather permitting, Greene Street will be closed from Monroe Street to Holmes Avenue from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, May 7, for utility improvements. The road will reopen to traffic Saturday and Sunday, but will close again from 7 a.m. Monday, May 10 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 11.
Motorists are advised to detour to Jefferson Street or seek other alternate routes while work is ongoing.
