Five Points Streetscape Project

SUMMARY
This is Phase II (final phase) of the Five Points streetscaping plan. This segment will focus on the intersection of Dement Street and Holmes Avenue. Proposed improvements include decorative sidewalks, landscaping/lighting and 12 additional parking spaces along Holmes Avenue and Dement Street for public use.

This project is complete.

Total Cost: $1.14 million ($933,000 or 82% of project is federally funded). Cost includes inspection and geotechnical services.
