This Senior Balance Class is a Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) class. The class has strength, balance and fitness aspects for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. SAIL classes are conducted by fitness, exercise science and healthcare professionals who have completed SAIL program leader training.
