Huntsville approves development agreement for Limestone County project

The City of Huntsville approved a project development agreement with WONDERLAND AL LLC for a mixed-use development at Graham Farms in Limestone County.
The 300-acre development site is near Greenbrier Parkway and Mooresville Road and south of Huntsville Brownsferry Road. It is expected to be built out over 15 years with approximately 1,400 residential lots at multiple price points, 350 multi-family units and 250,000 square feet of retail space in a town-square style commercial area along with approximately 15 acres of green space.
A 100-lot section will be reserved for a 55+ active adult subdivision.
The City will extend sanitary sewer infrastructure up to the development site and make roadway improvements in the vicinity.
