The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) is conducting a homicide investigation following a shooting at 3902 Cobb Road on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 10:47 p.m. HPD officers in the area on an unrelated call located the victim after hearing a loud altercation and gunshots. Update: Investigators have obtained a hindering prosecution warrant for Lattorrie Gaddis’ wife. 34-year-old Deserea Pilar Cunningham was taken into custody by authorities in Sylacauga, Alabama this afternoon and booked in the Talladega County Jail on the charge.
