November 30, 2017Office renovations were among the top non-residential building permits issued last month. Residential permits increased year-over-year. Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits: In October, 106 housing units were permitted, 100 single- and 6 multi-family. The top tract for building permits last month was 109.01 (Hampton Cove), where 33 units were permitted, all single-family.
