The American Farm Bureau Federation reports the average cost of a Thanksgiving feast for 10 is $49.12, down $0.75 from 2016. The cost of the dinner is the lowest since 2013. A 16lb. turkey averages $22.38, down $0.36 per turkey
Thankful for a strong real estate market…October home sales
According to the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, October home sales totaled 600. The average days on market was 68 and median home price was $194,556.
