City Opens First Phase of New Downtown Roadway – Dr. Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard

The first phase of downtown Huntsville’s newest gateway is open. Dr. Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard, a newly constructed four-lane roadway, is now complete from Governor’s Drive to Pelham Avenue. Alabama Mayors Call for Action on Transportation Infrastructure

The mayors of Alabama’s five largest cities gathered today in Montgomery where they called on state leaders to support efforts to improve transportation infrastructure in Alabama.
