Man Charged after Fatal Hit-and-Run in Parking Lot
November 30, 2016Huntsville Police have charged 20 year old Jarquez Petty of Madison, with felony Leaving the Scene of an Accident. The accident resulted in the death of 60 year old John Atkins of Huntsville.
