City of Huntsville offices to close for observation of Independence Day
June 30, 2026City of Huntsville municipal offices will close Friday, July 3, to observe Independence Day. This includes Animal Services and Municipal Court. Residential garbage collection will not be affected, and Huntsville Transit will continue normal operations on Friday. Animal Services will also be closed on Saturday, July 4, as well as Huntsville Transit. City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 6.
