The festivities begin on Friday, Sept. 11, with Sippy and special guest MollyWater at Rocket City Honky Tonk.
“Women in Music Week shines a well-deserved spotlight on the incredible talent, creativity and leadership of women across Huntsville’s music community,” Huntsville Music Officer Matt Mandrella said. “It’s a great opportunity to discover new music, experience a wide range of genres and support the women helping shape Huntsville’s sound.”

WIMW Executive Producer Alli Johnson with Artemis Productions said WIMW is a celebration of local female artists and providing opportunities to showcase their talents.
“The impact of Women in Music Week continues to grow each year, and the support of the Huntsville Music Office plays a significant role in that,” Johnson said. “Our shared commitment to strengthening our creative community is what has helped generate the momentum we see year after year.”
