Alcohol Beverage License

A business or special event serving alcoholic beverages must have an Alcohol Beverage License.

Please note: The City Clerk Treasurer’s office highly recommends a pre-meeting or a pre-call before you start the application process. City staff stand ready to guide you through the application process and, in many cases, can answer questions and inform you in such a way that can lead to a swifter resolution for your application.

ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP ONE

• File an application with the State of Alabama ABC Office.

• Fill out City of Huntsville Alcohol Beverage License Application
