Municipal Court
The Huntsville Municipal Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle and traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, municipal ordinance violations and enforcement or regulatory violations under City Ordinances.
The court’s jurisdiction applies only to offenses committed within the Huntsville city limits.
Individuals charged with felony offenses or arrested by law enforcement agencies in Madison, Gurley, New Hope or Triana should direct inquiries to the respective city’s police department.
