Alcohol Beverage & Consumable Hemp Products License

A business or special event serving alcoholic beverages or selling consumable hemp products must have an Alcohol Beverage and Consumable Hemp Products License.

Please note: The City Finance Department office highly recommends a pre-meeting or a pre-call before you start the application process. City Revenue staff stand ready to guide you through the application process and, in many cases, can answer questions and inform you in such a way that can lead to a swifter resolution for your application.

STEP ONE

• File an application with the State of Alabama ABC Office.

• Fill out City of Huntsville Alcohol Beverage & Consumable Hemp Products License Application
