Parks & Recreation offers a variety of summer camp programs at select centers during summer break. The camps are open to children, grades 1-6, who live in the City of Huntsville.

Summer Day Camps will be held June 1 – July 24, 2026. Camps will not take place on City of Huntsville holidays.

Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided. Parents or guardians must provide a daily lunch.

Specialty camp dates and times vary based on location. At all camps, children are supervised by professional recreation staff. Space is limited and camper spots are expected to fill quickly.
