A second teen has been charged with capital murder and two counts of first-degree assault in connection to a shooting on Max Luther Drive on Tuesday, Sept. 3. The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) charged a 16-year-old with capital murder after a shooting on Max Luther Drive at 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
