The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) charged a 16-year-old with capital murder after a shooting on Max Luther Drive at 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3. An HPD officer responded to Huntsville Hospital after three gunshot victims arrived for treatment. One of the victims died at the hospital. Another victim remains in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
