Retail opportunities expanding in downtown Huntsville

Commercial development is expanding in downtown Huntsville on Clinton Avenue, between Washington and Jefferson streets. The City updated a lease agreement with Clinton Row Partners LLC to create additional retail square footage for the ground-floor retail space within the Clinton Avenue Parking Garage.

The new agreement will provide about 300 square feet of retail space alongside the existing 7,000 square feet established on the ground floor in 2016.

The new retail space will be located on the west side of the parking garage.
