Major Crimes Unit Arrest

The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged 59-year-old Shirley Ann Logan with murder following a domestic-related shooting on Sunday, Sept. 25.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of Sparkman Drive shortly before 5:40 p.m. and found 45-year-old Anthony Wilson deceased.

Investigators learned Logan and Wilson had an ongoing relationship and believe the shooting stemmed from a verbal altercation.

Logan was booked in the Madison County Jail. There is no further information to release as the investigation continues.
