Huntsville Parks & Recreation fall break camp registration to open September 1

School is in session and fall break is just around the corner. Huntsville Parks & Recreation will again offer full-day and specialty camps designed to keep kids engaged and active during fall break.
Registration for fall break camps opens online Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 8 a.m. With Parks & Recreation’s online registration platform, families can easily sign up for camps, ensuring a smooth and convenient registration process.
Fall break camps are available to Huntsville residents and Huntsville City School students in grades 1-6. Camps will run Monday-Friday, Oct. 5-9. Full-day camps will be held from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. at five locations, while themed specialty half-day camps will have varying dates, locations and times.
To make the registration process even easier, parents and guardians are encouraged to create their online accounts in advance. Camp spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring each camper’s safety and enjoyment.
“Fall break is a great opportunity for kids to have fun, try something new and stay connected with their peers,” Parks & Recreation Director James Gossett said. “By offering school break camps, families have affordable options that give kids a place to spend their break, stay active and make some memories along the way.”
