Adults need playtime, too!

Kids aren’t the only ones who need to play on a regular basis. In order for adults to have an outlet for stress relief, as well as a fun way to get regular exercise, the Parks and Recreation department offers many classes and leagues for a wide variety of age groups.

One of our largest leagues in the City is the Berachah Gym’s Men’s Winter Basketball League. This league is for men over the age of 21 who would like to play competitive basketball with the chance of winning a large trophy, and a guarantee of enjoying time away from the daily grind. All of our recreation centers have opportunities for adult physical activity; including Zumba, volleyball freeplay, softball, swimming, boot camps, weight rooms, indoor walking, table tennis and much more. Check out our calendar to see what we have to offer.
