Arrest Made in Bonnell Drive Shooting

The Huntsville Police Department has charged 43 year old Kyle Jennings of Huntsville following a shooting on Bonnell Drive on Sunday.
Officers were called to Huntsville Hospital after a gunshot victim came to the Emergency Room around 3:30 p.m. yesterday. He had a minor injury to his leg after being shot. The victim was a passenger in a car that had stopped on Bonnell Drive. Jennings walked up to the car and had an altercation with the victim. The victim was hit once in the leg and ran from the scene. Around 10:00 p.m. last night Jennings turned himself in and was charged with Assault 2nd degree and Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle.
