Road closures along the parade route will begin at 7:45 a.m. The parade will begin at 8 a.m., and all roadways are expected to reopen by 10 a.m.
Participants will stage on Porter Drive before turning onto Greenhill Drive and traveling north on Pulaski Pike. The parade will continue past Mastin Lake Road and Stringfield Road before ending at Mae Jemison High School, 5000 Pulaski Pike NW.
HPD officers will be stationed along the route to assist with traffic control, and drivers will be rerouted as the parade moves through the area.
