City of Huntsville agrees to purchase land near County Line Road

The City of Huntsville approved entering into an agreement to purchase approximately 30 acres of land near County Line Road and Old Highway 20 in Huntsville-annexed Limestone County.
The purchase price is $1.5 million.
The acquisition of the land is for the construction, establishment, use, operation and maintenance of various governmental functions for the City and other government agencies.
