It’s fun to cuddle up with a furry friend any time of the year, especially during the cold weather.  Huntsville Animal Services has many pets that would love to be in a warm, caring home this holiday season, so the Shelter is offering FREE adoptions from Monday, Dec. 17, through the end of the year.

All adoptions, no matter the fee, offer the same special package: rabies vaccination, city license, microchip for pet identification, and spay or neuter surgery. New pet owners will also receive a free bag of dry dog food, while supplies last. Exceptions may apply to specific pets.

The Huntsville Animal Shelter is located at 4950 Triana Boulevard. Hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
