Join Healthy Huntsville for Dancing for Diversity, a free socially-distanced dance fitness event to promote health and diversity on Friday, September 18, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at S.R. Butler Green at Campus No. 805. During the event, attendees will experience a different dance instructor every 15 minutes to include Zumba, cardio hip hop, Bollywood, line dance and more.

Physical activity is key to long-term health for everyone. Regular movement prevents chronic disease, controls weight, strengthens muscles, enhances mental health, reduces stress, improves sleep, and more. During these stressful times in the pandemic, Healthy Huntsville and Parks & Recreation are dedicated to continuing to offer activities that meet local and state health guidelines. We will have 6 feet separation markers on the grassy area at Butler Green and face masks and hand sanitizer at the Healthy Huntsville tent.
