Development Review Shows D5 Housing Increase

The City’s annual Development Review revealed that housing inventory continues to grow in D5.

In 2024, 2,957 housing units were issued certificates of occupancy (COs) in D5. The boost primarily came in multi-family developments.

Altogether, the City set a record with more than 6,000 units receiving COs in 2024.

Home sales were up 1.5% in 2024 in D5 with single-family homes selling for an average price of $397,713.
