Fireworks Safety

Huntsville Fire & Rescue are reminding citizens it is Illegal to use, sell or possess fireworks within the city limits of Huntsville.

We encourage the citizens of Huntsville to enjoy the Fourth of July holiday but do it in a safe and responsible manner,” said Huntsville Fire Marshall Dan Wilkerson. The safest way to enjoy Fourth of July celebrations is by attending public fireworks displays conducted by professionals. There are several public displays set for the upcoming Independence Day Celebration.
