HPD renews call for information in the abduction of Ronald Dumas Jr.

Published on December 13, 2025

As the one-year mark approaches in the abduction of Ronald Dumas Jr., the Huntsville Police Department (HPD) is renewing its request for information that could help investigators and provide answers to his loved ones.

Dumas was reported missing on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024. Surveillance footage later confirmed his last known sighting on Sunday, Dec. 15, at a liquor store on University Drive. Evidence shows that after leaving that location, he would later be taken against his will.

Arrest warrants were issued for five individuals connected to the case:

  • Sabrina Rochelle Chambers
  • Quintarius Shikelion White
  • Toure Laron McLaurin
  • Kierra Symone Clark
  • Carissa Shrma Cash

With assistance from the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force, White and Clark were taken into custody in Memphis, Tennessee. Chambers, McLaurin, and Cash remain wanted in connection with the case.

“Someone out there knows what happened to Ronald Dumas Jr.,” Chief Kirk Giles said. “We need anyone with information to speak up. Your tip could be the key to locating him and holding those responsible accountable.”

Investigators continue to work with local, state, and federal partners, and the department stresses that community assistance is essential in locating the remaining suspects and uncovering additional details.

Anyone with information related to the abduction of Dumas or the whereabouts of the outstanding suspects is urged to contact HPD Investigator Brady at 256-746-4135. Anonymous tips may also be submitted to Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers at 53-CRIME.
