Huntsville to build parking lot at new Ditto Landing Event Center

As construction nears completion on the Madison County Commission project to build an event center at Ditto Landing, the City of Huntsville approved a contract with Rogers Group to build a 450-space surface parking lot for the facility.
The project also includes relocating approximately 450 feet of the existing greenway along with installing lighting, irrigation and landscaping along Hobbs Island Road within the area.
The facility along the Tennessee River will have space for restaurants as well as indoor and outdoor events. Construction is expected to be completed later this year.
