Morland Pointe Murder Suspect Charged with Additional Crimes

Huntsville Police Department Major Crimes Investigators have charged capital murder suspect, Warren Hardy, with six additional crimes related to the August 26th crime spree in which 72 year old Kathleen Lundy was murdered.

 

Hardy was extradited back to Huntsville Tuesday on the charge of Capital Murder, and investigators today charged him with two counts of Kidnapping 1st degree, as well as one count each of Attempted Kidnapping, Domestic Violence 1st degree, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle, and Violation of a Protection Order.  Hardy is being held in the Madison County Metro Jail without bond.
