North Alabama Drug Task Force arrest

A Huntsville man has been charged with drug trafficking following a weekend arrest.
The North Alabama Drug Task Force (NADTF) executed a search warrant in the area of Jonathan Drive at 1 a.m. on Friday, July 26. They subsequently arrested Trenton Lorenzo Grays, 36, and seized the following quantities of drugs:
- 13.75 ounces of fentanyl
- 4 ounces of crack cocaine
- 6.5 ounces of methamphetamine ice
- 501 Xanax pills
- 46 grams of mushrooms
- 3.2 pounds of marijuana
- 2.8 pounds of spice (analog)
- 1.8 grams of ecstasy
- 1 firearm
Grays was arrested for trafficking fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, analogs and marijuana. He was booked into Madison County Jail on a $4 million bond.
The arrest comes after a weekslong investigation into the suspected drug trafficking operations. This is an ongoing investigation; additional arrests and charges are possible.
