Reboot fall fitness with Huntsville Parks & Recreation’s Citywide Boot Camp

Citywide Boot Camp is back for its second season, making fitness both accessible and fun.

Hosted by Huntsville Parks & Recreation, the free workouts will kick off at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Hays Farm as part of the free Fleet Feet Fall Fitness Festival. Parking will be available at Grissom High School.

“Parks & Recreation is proud to co-sponsor this festival that’s all about good health for the entire family,” Recreation Superintendent Dorianne Johnson said. “We hope everyone enjoys the games, activities, food trucks and Citywide Boot Camp!”

To participate in Citywide Boot Camp, visit the Parks & Recreation tent at the event to sign in. Participants should be 13 years or older. Water and snacks will be provided.

2023 Citywide Boot Camp schedule:

  • Saturday, Sept. 9, 9:15-9:50 a.m., Hays Farm
  • Saturday, Oct. 7, 9-10 a.m., Big Spring Park East
  • Saturday, Nov. 4, 9-10 a.m., Butler Green Park
  • Saturday, Dec. 2, 9-10 a.m., Butler Green Park
