Downtown Rising

@127 Holmes mixed-use project has begun construction in downtown Hunsville. Tenants include Moe’s BBQ, The Standard, Retaggio, and office space.

The Wheels on the Bus…

Greyhound is now offering service from the Huntsville Transit Facility at 500 Church Street.

New Retail

The Garage at Clinton Row announced a new tenant with the addition of J. Kennedy Clothing. Honest Coffee Roasters has also expanded its footprint in the development.

Home Ownership Grows

U.S. homeownership rate rose slightly in the third quarter (63.9%) and reached the highest level since 2014, the U.S. Census Bureau reports. This is up about half a percent from the previous quarter.
