A 131-room Hyatt Place hotel is coming to Bridge Street, located next to the 244-unit Watermark apartments under construction at the northwest corner of the property.

In September, 332 housing units were permitted (84 single – and 248 multi-family), down 11.5% year over year, while 244 units were granted certificates of occupancy (88 single – and 156 multi-family), an increase of 93.7%.

The Downtown Entertainment Districts now have consistent hours. The new hours are 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
