Traffic Alert: 2023 Panoply Arts Festival

The Huntsville Police Department is assisting with traffic control and road closures for the 2023 Panoply Arts Festival, held the weekend of April 28-30. In preparation for the event, several streets around Big Spring Park will be closed.
• On Monday, April 24, at 8 a.m., the westbound lanes of Williams Avenue between Church Street and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard will be closed for setup.
• On Wednesday, April 26, at 8 a.m., all lanes of Church Street between Clinton and William avenues will close.
• The closures will remain in effect until Monday, May 1, at 5 p.m. to accommodate event breakdown.
Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, please use caution when traveling downtown.
