Police Looking for Suspect in Domestic Violence Shooting

Huntsville Police are investigating an overnight shooting that happened at the Papa Jacks, 2018 Jordan Lane. Investigators are still searching for the suspect, Brandon Jamar, 31 of Huntsville. Officers responded to the shooting call around 2:00 a.m. this morning, and before the officers arrived the victim had already been taken from the scene by a friend. A new family entertainment center was among the top non-residential permits issued last month. Residential permits decreased, while CO’s doubled year-over-year. Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits: In April, 101 housing units were permitted, all single-family. The top tract for building permits last month was 109.01 (Hampton Cove), where 23 units were permitted.
