Second teen charged with capital murder in connection to Max Luther Drive shooting

A second teen has been charged with capital murder and two counts of first-degree assault in connection to a shooting on Max Luther Drive on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

The 15-year-old male was taken into custody by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Cocoa Beach, Fla., on Monday, Sept. 9 after disembarking from a cruise ship.
